Camping & Catering

The camping at Bilsington has some sloping areas (so bring levelling blocks with you!), with good access to the competition grounds, all of which are within easy walking distance.

The Camping fee is £60 per pitch for the event, from Wednesday 1st June to Monday 6th June.  The "Follow-on" rally runs from 28th May to Tuesday 31st May with the 4 additional nights to be charged @ £40 per unit.  Apologies, but we cannot offer a reduced fee if you only wish to stay for one or two nights.  To save any misunderstandings when you are booking your camping pitch, the pitch requirements are: one caravan or main tent, plus one children’s tent. Pitch size is 11m (w)x 9m (d), useable 8mx 9m. If you need additional space then you will need to book an additional pitch.

PLEASE NOTE: Limited camping pitches are available!

Bed & Breakfast

If you would like to book in for B&B at Bilsington Priory, they have a limited number of rooms available, so get those bookings in smartish!  Click here to go to their website for more information and to book.

"Follow-on" Rally

The "Follow-on" rally runs from 28th May to Tuesday 31st May with the 4 additional nights to be charged @ £40 per unit. (a mere £10 per night - what a bargain!).  Apologies, but we cannot offer a reduced fee if you only wish to stay for one or two nights.

Facilities

As usual, there will be on-site toilets and waste disposal facilities, (general rubbish and Elsan).  Hopefully there will be some shower units for those without their own facilities, however this is subject to the available water pressure, which as of yet we have been unable to test; please check back nearer the time for this information which will be published as soon as it is available.

Catering

There will be on-site catering and a bar supplied by Bilsington Priory. The reasonably-priced menu that they will be offering is currently being worked on, but will include breakfasts and evening meals.  There will also be a 'high tea' available to celebrate the Queen's Anniversary on  the afternoon of Thursday 2nd June. More details will be published here as soon as they are available.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads, as it is a working farm with livestock which may be in adjacent areas.  All mess must be cleared up as well as the animals will, no doubt, be back on the land once we have gone.  Thanks for your consideration and co-operation.
