J.1.
EQUIPMENT
J.1.1. All
equipment, including cables, ropes, straps or webbing, shackles, blocks,
hooks, ground anchors, winches, etc. and vehicles must be
presented to the Scrutineer prior to the event.
J.1.2. Only
equipment passed by the Scrutineer may be used.
J.2.
SAFETY
J.2.1. It is recommended that all
competing vehicles carry a fire extinguisher, minimum 1.75litre AFFF or
equivalent extinguishant / weight as
specified in the MSA Yearbook 2010 (Regulation K.3. et
seq on page 168 and table 3 on page 177) operable or accessible from
the driver's seat.
