Note: Amendments are dated. 

Issue 1.    The Competition Regulations as printed on the yellow tinted pages in the ARC Handbook for 2002.

Issue 2.    The Regulations as amended by the “Fast Tracked” changes as ratified by the ARC Council on November 16^th  2002. These came into effect at the same time as the introduction of these regulations on Jan 1^st 2003.

Issue 3.   Amended as ratified by the ARC Council March 15^th 2003. These came into effect as of that date.

Issue 4.   Amended as ratified by the ARC Council August 24th 2006. These are effective from January 1st 2007.
