Camping / Activities

The camping at Stainby Quarry site is mainly flat and level with good access to the competition grounds, all of which are within easy walking distance.


ALRC National Rally cateringOn site Catering

Classic Catering will be supplying the bar and catering requirements, including a large marquee.


Facilities

There will be toilets on site, plus showers for those who do not have their own facilities.


ALRC Family FunFamily Fun

The ALRC Council has taken note of concerns from feedback of previous National Rallies, so in 2018 a few more attractions will be made available for those on site. 

Family Fun for this year running throughout Saturday and Sunday includes a Bouncy Castle, Bungee Run, Inflateable Slide, Dunk Tank, and Rodeo Bull... all free of charge for children (minors....!).


Directions to National Rally Site – Stainby Quarry, NG33 5QP

From North or South on A1:

Leave the A1 at the Colsterworth Junction only. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS THE A1 AT ANY OTHER PLACE SIGNPOSTED STAINBY.
 Take the B676 towards Stainby and turn right at Stainby Crossroads. Entrance to the site is on Skillington Road at OS Map 130 908 234.  Follow ALRC signs.

From M1
:
Leave the M1 at Junction 21A along the A46. Take the A607 into Melton Mowbray and then the B676 Saxby Road.  
Travel through Saxby, Garthorpe, Coston and Buckminster until you reach the crossroads at Stainby.
  Turn left onto Skillington Road to access the site.  Follow ALRC signs.
